💡 Key Requirements

PTO Letter

For second systems where the first system PTO letter isn't available, we worked with our Tax team on a couple of different solutions based on the NEM true-up bills.
In order of preference, below are the viable solutions in lieu of the 1st system PTO letter. Our Deal Processing manager will be managing this process.

• 12-month NEM true up bill where the oldest month demonstrates negative net usage (or excess).
• Like the prior bullet, a NEM bill where the earliest month shows a very low positive value should be ok but would be evaluated on a case-by-case basis
• If there isn't a bill meeting the prior two requirements, we would accept a Google Earth photo based on two dates, one showing no system and the other showing the first system installed but with the photo dated more than 1 year ago.

• Cannot be more than 6 months old
• Customer must show savings on proposal vs bills
• Critical for funding approval verification

Usage Details

• CCA/TDU information required
• Rate schedule documentation
• CARE discounts if applicable
• Usage on Usage phase must match submitted bill

Site Survey

• Cannot advance without completion
