Goal
Add your California HIS (Home Improvement Salesperson) license to your Jobflo profile so sales can be validated.

California reps who must have an active CSLB-issued HIS license on file.
Before you start
Have your CSLB HIS card handy. You will need:
- License state (CA)
- Issue date
- Expiration date
- License number (from the CSLB-issued card)
Steps
- Open Jobflo and click your profile in the top right.
- Click "User settings".
- In Profile, confirm your address, phone, and email are correct.
- Click "Sales license".
- Click "Update license" and enter:
- State
- Issue date
- Expiration date
- License number
- Click "Save".
What happens next
- Our team reviews and validates HIS licenses daily.
- You will be marked validated once confirmed.
Tips
- Enter dates exactly as shown on your CSLB HIS card.
- If the card is expired, renew with CSLB before submitting.
- Keep your contact info current so validation isn’t delayed.
Troubleshooting
- Can’t find User settings: refresh and sign in again, then select your avatar in the top right.
- "Save" disabled: check required fields and date formats.
- Name mismatch with CSLB: update your Jobflo profile to match your license.
